WEST GATE TUNNEL PROJECT
The project will deliver an alternative to the busy West Gate Bridge by widening the West Gate Freeway and constructing twin tunnels and an elevated roadway.
Key Achievements
Kubri created an innovative substructure solution for the new Footscray Road Elevated Viaduct that improved cost efficiencies and reduced the risk profile for this section of the project.
Abu dhabi airport interchange
The interchange to the new airport terminal included four viaduct bridges and ramp, a new airport city entrance with two bridges and ramps, a secondary dual three lane road networks, and drainage works.
Key Achievements
Responsible for the successful delivery of this highly complex project in a challenging live environment with four export gas pipelines (crucial to the country’s economy), an active international airport, a major freeway and numerous major utilities onsite.
Under our direction, we delivered extensive planning, scheduling, stakeholder and subcontractor management (with 1000 workers onsite) to successfully deliver eight road bridges in this difficult live environment.

NORTH-EAST LINK
The largest infrastructure project in Victoria’s history will connect the Metropolitan Ring Road to the Eastern Freeway with a six-kilometre twin tunnel, major road and intersection upgrades.
Key Achievements
Leveraging our international experience, Kubri informed a new construction methodology and program sequencing for a major section of this project to deliver a more efficient solution.
HARAMAIN HIGH SPEED RAIL
The construction of 444 kilometres of rail to link the two holy cities of Mecca and Medina, with up to 100 trains a day stopping at seven stations along the route.
Key Achievements
We were responsible for all piling works along all 444 kilometres of rail and bridges that stretch 125 kilometres across difficult mountain and desert terrain.
The project was successfully completed on time and budget through scorching heat and difficult geology (basalt rock) requiring specialised equipment, innovative solutions, careful planning and proactive project management skills.
